I couldn't remember the order, just that the outers were the only ones that mattered. Been two years since I did the clutch, thanks for the extra info.
And yes, DEFINITELY soak them. I put mine in the oil before I started the teardown, did a chain cleaning first, couple other basic maintenance items, and they were soaked in by the time I needed them. Don't remember how long that was.
