I had the same problem on mine just yesterday. I tried to reset several times and no luck. I had a spare petcock lying around and used the diapram and screw on metal housings for it from the spare and it works fine. I can't see any flaw that's visible that would explain why one would leak and not the other. They look identical to my eye.
