The VMax is by far the better looking and the sound is awesome and would bbbe the best investment. I haven't bought the Magna yet. It was given to me by a neighbor whose husband, the owner, passed away. I have worked on it and am either to buy it from her for $1200 or sell it for her for whatever it would sell for onCraigslist. I guess I'm going to keep the VMax. The question is whether I buy the Magna or not. I think I will do what is in the best interest of the widow and if I can get more than $1200 on CL, then I'll do that. The Magna has done 32,000 miles, the VMax only 15,000
