I just passed the MSF BRC this weekend and got my M license today.
I took my first ride on her today, it was just a milk run but it was very
exciting and a bit scary with all the cages around, it was 5:30 PM so
probably not the best time for me to be out there, I'm off this week so
I'll try again tomorrow during non-rush-hour.

Does anyone know about the Screaming Banshee
<https://screaming-banshee.com/>Shockwave horn system? It's an air horn for
motorcycles that allows you to beep once for a normal horn or press and
hold for a very loud 123db "pulsating" air horn that also flashes your high
beams. It costs $110 but I made my own for probably half that; I've been
meaning to share how I made it with you all in case there's any interest
but I haven't gotten to writing it down, making a video and drawing the
wiring diagram yet. I'll give you the parts list first to get the ball
rolling, the secret is this truly magical relay called the "Mini Timer Time
Delay Relay" ($20 amazon)
<https://www.amazon.com/Timer-Delay-Relay-Hours-Cycling/dp/B00PD65UGA/>
(program it to function number 4 "Flasher - Off First"), an air horn ($19
ebay <http://r.ebay.com/lJHB6S>, comes with a relay (needed)), a diode ($1.59
15SQ045 15A 45V Schottky Rectifiers Diode
<http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-15SQ045-15A-45V-Schottky-Rectifiers-Diode-Brand-New-R-6-/162489719970?hash=item25d5245ca2>

), some 12 gauge wire, electrical connectors and fuse holder with a 20amp
fuse... It's really loud and really cool! I honestly did it more for a
challenge than for saving the $50.
Did I pique your interest?
