Yeah, the 650s have an issue with that fuseblock. The problem is the female
connectors loosen over time and leave a gap between the contacts (metal
bars) in the fuse block. This can lead to arcing or grime buildup which
adds resistance and ultimately generates heat which melts the plastic.
Either way, the solution is the same, you have to remove the female
connectors from the plastic plugs, bend them a little so that they grab the
contacts snugly again, clean it all up, add some dielectric grease, and you
should be good to go. I took pics when I did that too:
