Matt, thanks for the images! I finally got the bar off the bike to get a better idea how far out they were. I have some pictures at the google drive link below, looks like they aren't too much further gone that yours, so I'll give them a shot on bending them back before I go try to find new bars.
I also ran into another issue when I was taking the mounting allen bolts off for the handlebars. The screw on the top right was tight when I tried to unscrew it, so I cranked on it a bit and snapped the bolt in half. Which made me wonder if I missed a nut or if there was something else to that one bolt that was different than the other. When I feel behind it, the other 3 the holes all go through, but this one seems to go further into the casing. Anyone have any experience with this if I'm missing something? I've started trying to drill out the bolt that is still in there, but I don't want to really crank on it again if there is something more holding it in place.
