Hi, I took off the carburetor on the '83 650 to clean it, and to install new throttle cables. But I haven't figured out how to remove the rubber (if they are rubber) boots from the cylinder side. See picture. Removing the hose clamp didn't help. They rotate but I can't pull them off. Any ideas? Thanks!
