All four of the half-moon shaped cylinder head "caps" on my 1983 NH 650 are leaking. These are the black rubber caps that sit just under the valve cover, with two on each side of the bike. The part number is 12331-ME5-010. I plan to replace the valve cover gasket soon. Should I also replace the caps? They are $16 each, so $64 in total. Or can I get away with putting some Hondabond or similar sealant around the oustide of the caps?
