After a series of episodes of the leaking carbs, I decided to see if it had
leaked into the engine - and viola - it did.
So I am taking the carbs out yet again and will double check the float
levels and the float needles. Some of them (at least 3) have very little
spring action left in them.
Should I order a set of new ones and replace all four - since my plastic
floats are not adjustable, will changing the float valves help me with the
correctly setting the height?
(The carbs were cleaned well the last time I serviced them about a month
ago).
Could there be anything else that causes these overflow leaks?
I will obviously be changing the oil as well.
Any help or insight is appreciated.
