This has been discussed earlier here in this group. I'd just look that up.

If you have good tire irons and you're a proud graduate of the Youtube 
College, I'd say it's not hard to do. I took them off and mounted them 
myself (first time on a motorcycle). My first attempt was a failure though, 
with cheap HF tire irons that bent like wet noodles.
