Milwaukee tools make a battery operated compressor that you can adjust and set in one lb differences. I adapted the hose on mine to a air jack. I wouldn’t replace the fork seals unless they are leaking. As for air pressure, it is so low that it is hard to set. Get a tank and fill the tank just above the pressure you need and do it that way. They should equalize to get you what you need.
