Hello Nighthawk forum ,how are you, we hope fine. The filter inside tank are attached to the peckoc, when you unscrewed the two peckoc screw the filter will come together, or if do not succes it you can easy get it taking the edge of filter and pull out I sometime did that but the filter come out with the peckoc Good lock in your operation to take off the filter
