Your brushes are being destroyed. Lets' eliminate a few basics.
1: Are you holding the start button for more than 5 seconds max? (You should not be.) Y/N 2. Does the bike have trouble starting (Hence over use of the start button) Y/N 3. Are you sure the timing and valves are all operating correctly? Y/N 4. Are you sure the springs on the brushes are not adjusted too tight? Y/N 5. Is your carb completely clean and particle free? Y/N You have some homework to do.I suspect you're holding the start too long because the carbs are out of tune.
