Yes I did put new oil and filter in it. but I haven't even looked at the 
air filter yet so when I first started it up I never even connected the air 
box carb boots only just to see if it would run. Another thing I forgot to 
mention was the oil was foamy and brown after I ran it but it looks normal 
after letting the bike sit for a day, maybe just condensation? I would let 
it run but I cant even get it started since I have no power to ignition now 
and I have no idea where to start looking for that.
