Nikon Buddies,

The S710 is a complete piece of junk and died literally three times and had to be sent back to Nikon twice with "lens errors." After eight months of screwing around with Nikon's horrendous product and simply awful customer service on an obviously "lemon" product, Crutchfield graciously gave me a 100% refund and I purchased the camera I should have bought originally: The Canon D10.

It is the first non-Nikon photography product I've bought in 30 years... (I have a mountain of lenses bodies, speedlights and so forth for my "real" gear.)

The only problem is, there is no lens cap. Apparently the front element is "scratchproof." Well, that's all well and good, but I still want a cover. It seems that a rubber flexible kinda cap should be able to hold onto the front lens barrel. The width of the lens barrel is 36.5mm and there is approximately 5mm of "lip" perpendicular to the camera "body."

Anybody have some idea of what I might use?
