Relevant to what the category labels should be is that I _think_ a forum thread 
can be in >1 category. Correct me if I am wrong. I did not study the code. 
Multiplicity of categories really takes pressure off of getting both the set of 
category labels exactly right as well as binning anything into a particular 
category. For example, discussion threads can easily evolve from a question 
into syntax debates/proposals for new syntax, and finally become about stdlib 
or some new sugar module candidate.
