Nim 2.0 -- thoughts

ARC/ORC give you the building blocks, `spawn` and `parallel` should move to 
external packages. Btw without `Isolated[T]` the design is incomplete (and it 
needs compiler magic) so we got that one into Nim's core. Sorry for the short 
reply.
