I think Arc/Orc and an improved Standard Library especially including refined 
multi-threading, which was one of the prime reasons that the old Garbage 
Collector was never going to cut it in the long term due to the separation of 
the shared/non-shared memory spaces it required and the multiple deep copies 
between different threading spaces.
