Windows blocking Nim installation

There have been recent Virus warnings for nimble & nim 
<https://forum.nim-lang.org/t/8008#51817> Not sure if this happens all the time 
or how to solve it. I'm still using an old version to avoid virus warnings, but 
this probably isn't the best solution.
