Windows blocking Nim installation

Would it have any positive effect if multiple people submit the nim files on 
<https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission> Currently, I get "nimble" 
and "testament" reported as "potentially unwanted applications". I just 
submitted them as "false positive" but no idea if this will have any impact.
