**NO** , the proper solution is not to give me "more rights" \- have you even 
read what I said about fusion?

The solution is not to give me more permissions in hope I will accomplish 
something without any supervision. Now I have even more responsibility, and I 
have double-think any of my decisions - are they right, do they contribute to 
the final goal (whatever it is). You just made situation even worse - before I 
just doubted if my work is needed, but now I also have to constantly carry the 
burden of even higher-level decision making and face decision paralysis _with 
no clear common goal in sight_.

It is badly maintained not because you don't get emails, it is badly maintained 
because I'm yet to see a single finalized decision about it. Nobody understands 
it's status, and people can't really work in dark.
