Regarding analytics, one option could be to replace Google analytics with [Plausible Analytics](https://plausible.io/) making stats public to see for everyone (so that you can see the stats on the blogpost you contributed to, for example).
Plausible can be self hosted (it is open source) or used through their cloud service. I currently happen to have, for other reasons, a 500k page views subscription largely unused that should be able to support current load. It is in my backlog to make a PR to add this to the Nim website (removing GA could be a separate PR, also there is a way I think to import GA historical data into plausible). My idea would be that paying for the subscription would be part of my Nim support budget (there is a way to make other people managers for a specific analytics setup, and I think there is a way to hand it over if needed to be passed on to another organization at some point).
