Not sure what any of that has to do with setting up a Nim foundation though.
The reason people keep asking for a foundation is because it allows a higher
transparency of funds (and a clearer path should you end up in an accident), a
better infrastructure for communication (having a contact person who can reply
to questions without involving you), a better infrastructure to run events or
request funding/grants, etc. etc. It doesn't have anything to do with race or
gender issues, and everything to do with more easily being able to allow you to
focus on building the best language and compiler possible and for others to
focus on getting people to use it and pay for it.
