That I doubt. You can throw all the raw power you have at it, but the result is bad if the training set is bad. Simple thing? How often does one of these things answer with "I don't know ..."? Seldom. When you train with for example "the WWW" as input, it won't learn "I don't know", but it learns to hallucinate very well.
