1\. Is using a PNG instead of an SVG a thought-out decision? The only reason to prefer it I can think of is compatibility, but nimforum is a PWA (I call em RWA) so this matter is out of the window anyway. The [official logos](https://github.com/nim-lang/assets) were redrawn and optimized recently, so it would be nice to use the updated SVG.
2. The forum logo doesn't have neither the `title` nor the `alt` attributes, it's not great for accessibility.
