You've nothing to be sorry about! You answers filled a badly felt need!

I take it this is the way to create goups?...

I have checked you can send the same email to different people by starting
to type the contact's name, waiting for the contact to come up, putting a
comma, and starting to type the next contact's name... But I have seen that
you have to type well into the contacts name if you have several people with
the same initial letter.. ouch!

Isn't there a way to view all contacts in a neat list ordered alphabetically
where you can, say, drag and drop the contacts into the "To" field, or check
them, or something like that?

That's good to know... I have very many contacts (close to 300). If there
isn't a list, though, I wonder how many clowds can the nisus window hold...
Morevoer I see that the clouds are ordered by creation date. This could be
messy... Do you have *all* you contacts in clouds, or in't their a way to
asign the clouds only to the more frecuent contacts (those are probably
close to 40)...

no, no... I mean, yes!, I know NE is great for that. What I meant is that I
have browsed the message archive of the list, and found those opinions (that
they preferred alternatives to NEW). I just wanted to if see if someone
cared to discuss the plus or minuses of NE relative to other mailers...

Thanks again!
