And I believe that Apples UI guidelines state that everything must be
available as a menu item. (I.e., you aren't supposed to have any thing that
is only available as a drawer, tool bar, or palette.) Of course, that might
have changed in OSX...

Indeed, let's hope so! I am eager to play with this and find out what the
good folks are bringing us! :-)
