I've done exactely what you suggest, (It seems like I haven't left any stone unturned, but the right one) but the catch is that 4.6.2a is incompatible with WorldScript 1(extension) which I need for Hebrew, and I can't delete it from the system folder.
I hope that, at list, I am rewarding you with some new knowledge I've purchased through my unexhausted research.

the patch that makes ATM Light function correctly in Mac OS 9.2x. It

9.22 on a seperate volume. I have two frives that each has an OS X and
