I just went and bought Express on your web site. It says it's a downloaded package with no CD. Why then did the invoice include a $15 shipping charge? That's a really high shipping charge for boxed software, for the shipping of nothing, it's a lot worse than that.

I hadn't meant to send this to the list, so I want to make sure everyone knows that I just received a nice little note from Nisus which said that they noticed I was charged for shipping on a download and they were canceling that charge. They also said they had added a separate download option on the web site to make sure this didn't happen again. Once again Nisus has validated their good reputation over the years. Thanks, Nisus for the excellent software and your attention to detail and service!
