Well, my kde applications often unexpectedly crash (after some time of
running) when I forget some KDE service executable on path from a
different KDE version. So much for purity... killing all the services
doesn't help as they seem to be searched for in path. I really don't
understand why the apps can't just check the version or something.
Updating to the same version helps but in my case these even weren't
in the closure of the application so it wasn't so easy to track down.
