Hi Ted,   I liked the blog idea… I haven’t quite gotten on to the blog bandwagon yet (despite Pat’s efforts in the past), but maybe it’s time J   The one issue, maybe, was that I couldn’t comment on your blog because they didn’t allow anonymous comments, and if I have to make a user name I also have to start my own blog, which sounded like too much work but is probably a good thing… not quite complaining here, just observing. And I didn’t have anything momentous to say either, just that the name “complang” threw me off a bit – I was like, shouldn’t it be compling? J But I get it now!   Good report and advice on the missing reference. I remember having a similar experience at IJCAI – the senior researcher wasn’t too cutting, but it was the same idea: “this work has been done before in 1964!” And I think I had the same “I’ll check it out, sorry” reply… Whew!   Thanks!
