Hi Amruta,

Typically, I try to get rid of my e-mail messages immediately if they are not that important. For those which are, I have created folders like Academics, Family, Friends, etc. and put the e-mails in the respective folder. However, since very few e-mails need to be stored, (at least those pertaining family and friends) I do not face that much of a storage problem. Hope this helps and All the best in your research.
