I have been doing a little work on our group and student pages, and invite you to check out the results. It's nothing spectacular compared to web development in general, but I am a bit more satisified with things now.
I have created a separate page for all MS theses and projects. Previously these were mixed into "my" publications, but I realized that made them rather hard to find. So, you can get the complete list here, which inludes a pdf copy of every single one of them: http://www.d.umn.edu/~tpederse/masters.html I have also added some pictures to our student page: http://www.d.umn.edu/~tpederse/students.html I think in fact I have at least one picture of every former and current graduate student I have worked with, and that is very nice. I would be happy to add more photos, especially if they are group shots (like the ones I have there now). I have attempted to update the "where are they now" section of our alumni page as best I can, but if you have something you would like added or changed, do let me know. Web links to your current employers, schools, etc. are especially welcome. Also, please do not hestitate to use this list to post updates about what you are doing. I find it interesting, and I am sometimes asked "oh, where is XYZ these days". http://www.d.umn.edu/~tpederse/students.html I am very open to suggestions for these and other pages. It is important to me to preserve a reasonably good record of what you have all done here at UMD, so if I am missing a link to a paper or software or something, please do let me know. I am a rather primitive web master (manually editing html, which I guess I didn't have to tell you, it is obvious enough!) so things sometimes slip through the cracks. Thanks!
