I gave an invited talk at a NAACL workshop on Software Engineering, Testing and Quality Insurance for NLP (http://compbio.uchsc.edu/SETQA-NLP2009/index.shtml), and I decided to go ahead and tape this talk since it was the first time I gave it and I wanted to hear how it sounds. This talk relates to some of the themes found in the Computational Linguistics Lasts Words piece from last year (Empiricism is not a Matter of Faith) and is called "The Road from Good Software Engineering to Good Science is a Two Way Street).
