Howard,
  This is really good news.  I have only attended one Phreaknic and it 
was an early one [my machine was owned in about 10 minutes :-)].   I 
know that hotels / venues that play host to many "non-professional" 
conventions such as science fiction conventions, gaming conventions, etc 
get a bit more than they bargained for and decide not to allow them in 
the future.  That the Days Inn Stadium and Phreaknic organizers have 
built a relationship is fantastic.
