I've used a LOT of Asus motherboards and have created several Quad core Socket 775 servers with 4 or 8 gigs of memory, over the past year or so. I order all my parts from Newegg, too. What more do you want to know about specifically?
I know Intel recently released a new chipset (P45, maybe) that supports up to 16 GB of RAM on a standard desktop board. I saw that recently and got interested, since 8 GB has always been the limit of the boards I've bought in the past. Chris On Fri, Dec 5, 2008 at 4:51 PM, Mark J.
