I don't know about anyone else, but I would like to see where this develops as I eventually want to put some type of home dvr in my house as well. Too much information is usually better than not enough, in my opinion. Oh, I do not know enough to help you with your problem. Sorry.

The transode function seemed to work, but it doesn't show up in the 'library'. If someone can suggest a different 'pre-installed' MythTV, I would not mind giving that a shot. Or something else to assist. Suggestions welcome. .. To keep un-interesting to others traffic down I may be directly off list.
