Hello,
Can anyone comment on ActiTIME (http://www.actitime.com/)?? I have started to play around with it as time-tracking/entering and invoicing are my LEAST favorite (but MOST necessary) activities as a consultant. I was Googling around and this one kept popping up. I don't think it is Open Source but it is Jetty-based and can load on Linux or Windows and can use MySQL. The free version includes an invoice importer into Quickbooks as well. It looks promising. Was wondering if anyone else here had used it and, if so, how has it worked out for you?? Are there any other similar tools that others of you use or know of that can also export to Quickbooks or the like?? I have been using an Excel spreadsheet to date and, while simplistic, it is still a pain to cut-n-paste into Quickbooks. On a whim, I searched for something more to the point and found this. I know a lot of consultants now use SaaS-based time and invoicing solutions, but, what I wanted is something self-hosted and not Microsoft-dependent. Free was a big plus too! Thanks! ________________________________________________________ Mark J.
