Generally, whichever sucker we've been able to con into paying for it.
 ;-)  Rick used to take care of the domains and Michael Chaney used to
host the website.  More recently I took over hosting the DNS in order
to also provide hosting for the mailing list archives.  The domain
registration info and the need to renew was communicated to the
current officers several weeks ago by Rick Bradley, but it looks like
the renewal didn't actually occur until 1 day after the Sept 17th
expiration date.  It'll all clear up soon.
