Last I heard, LumenVox <www.lumenvox.com> tied most of their stuff to the licensed Asterisk / SwitchVox stuff. It can do a very limited vocabulary. As for using it, just another step in the dial plan. Don't know the details of how one would "Say or press 1" allowing a voice or DTMF response. The two are very different so that "shouldn't" be a big problem.
