For Smoothwall. It incorporates a squid proxy, but it is for traffic reduction and reporting, not control. So if you are willing to log in and find where they hid the conf files, you can do your own filtering, but not via the web page on a stock install. If you want smoothwall to do content filtering, you need to add on a homebrew customization. Likely you will want http://dansguardian.org/ to go on smoothwall.
