You are NOT the only one! At least here in Franklin, KY, the Comcast
tech I've talked to said that Comcast has two nodes with issues (numbers
7 & 11 if I remember correctly). The tech told me that Comcast has no
clue as to why their equipment keeps failing. In the mean time, I've
memorized their tech support number as a course of my day.

Comcast sucks. Bottom line.
