Oh ATT!!!! RUN!!!! I ordered their service, tried to connect in my house. I don't know if my lines are hot are not and a tech was supposed to come out the next day. They didn't show...... So I called and they were like no the tech is supposed to be there tommorow. At this point I was over 2 weeks without internet and I had visions on ATT being the next Comcrap. So I got an RMA and sent them their box back. The send me a bill and a notice I never sent their equipment back so I pull out the tracking number and go to UPS website. Sure enough it was signed in one early morning by Joe Blow on their doc. So I sent them and email that they may want to actually go to UPS website and look at it themselves because their carrier shows who and what time it was signed for.... I got basically and OH response back. We didn't know. So they reverse those charges and send me my "final" bill. But alas this is NOT my final bill the next month I get a check for $100 for a credit due me from them for the cancelled service. I never paid them a red cent and had to call once again to basically get an OH... we didn't know. I voided the check out and have it for posterity sake. I still haven't gotten my final bill and this is going on 90 days now! gk -- -- Remember it's not that we have something to hide, we just have nothing we want to show. ---Keep tunnelling. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NLUG" group.
