Due to Balloon Track predictions putting the landing zone further and further 
southeast of the launch point we are going to postpone this mission until 
October 22, 2011.
The chase team conferred and we did not want to have to drive to Georgia and 
climb a mountain to retrieve the payload.
Hopefully conditions will improve for the 22nd.
