You may recall from our last episode that we were deploying a new server for a customer, moving to a esxi host with two CentOS 6.3 guests. It's deployed and we are experiencing teething problems. In comparison to the system replaced (dual core, 4GB memory) the new kit should run circles around the old.

So why are reports taking sooooo long to print? How do I even know at what system priority the cups daemon is running?

These things should just work...
