For now, what I'm using is the TinyChat service. Supports up to 12 people at a time, compatible with OS X, Linux, and Windows. The only caveat on Linux is that if you want to chat with video, I've found that you either need to use Chrome's builtin Pepper Flash plugin, or you need to use Adobe Flash 10.1 (rather old).
