What's your log file say? DHCP is usually pretty decent at telling

I feel an Asleep at the Prompt session coming on here. There is no
"log-facility" in dhcpd.conf. Struggling to install logging.
Logs are handled by syslog or rsyslog. Check /var/log/messages or
/var/log/syslog
dumping /var/log/messages | grep dhcp or /var/log/syslog | grep dhcp did
not yield anything out of the ordinary.
Attempting to add the log-facility to dhcpd.conf because messages and
syslog are so busy (which is a separate problem).
