I don't know how many of you ever bought from them, but I thought they were a decent source of somewhat checked out refurb servers. I always got good service from them. But with sellers on eBay selling a lot of the same stuff (albeit maybe not a vetted and/or warrantied like geeks.com did) at 2/3 to 1/2 of what geeks.com listed it for, I guess it was only a matter of time. Odd thing is how abrupt the announcement came just as they were about to celebrate their much announced 17th anniversary. From what it appears, they are not closing their brick-n-mortar operation out in California, just the online outlet.
