Don't cha just love those howto web sites that give you the "everything
always works first time" instructions. grrrrrr.
So I am trying out VMware vCenter Converter to move a 32bit version of
CentOS 6.4 from a physical server to a virtual instance. The virtual
host is brand new with no other guests.
Yes, I am running vCenter Converter on a Windows 7 Pro desktop.
Everything linked up. Users and passwords were accepted. Went through
all the file transfer stuff.
