AFAIK, yes.  Comcast was planning on taking away the analog stuff
several years ago.  They ran an ad campaign to have people with analog
sets to buy (or be furnished) converter boxes (they used to be available
at K Mart, Walmart and lots of other places).  There was a government
sponsored program to fund some of that cost (don't remember how much).
If you can still find the converters (without renting them from Comcast)
I think some of those were in the $50 dollar range or so.  I think
Comcast will still rent out the converter boxes, but I don't know how
much they charge.
